Employee Onboarding

A smooth onboarding is what a candidate deserves. It helps them to understand better about the company and Job Role. It contains necessary information regarding Company Mission & Vision, Work Culture, employment benefits and many other parameters.

HR Policy

It is necessary to update newly joined employee about the policies and procedures of work place for higher productivity. This projects helps me in a smooth onboarding process and also is helpful for me to keep existing employee updated on changes.

Zoho People Plus Implementation

This Project was challenging but yet one of exciting project of my career. I worked on set up Zoho People (HRMS platform), Zoho Recruit (ATS platform), Zoho Payroll (Compensation management) and Zoho Mail (Communication). Each and every aspect of the tools are curated with the needs and requirements.

Employee Engagement Calander

Engagement activity motivates employees and helps in increased productivity for which an efficient Employee Engagement plan is necessary for a company. I have created a roadmap for a year to streamline the process and make updates based on the recent trends.
